Avadh Pratap Ojha born on July 3, 1984 in Uttar Pradesh’s Gonda. Avadh Ojha’s father, Mata Prasad Ojha was a postmaster. It is said that Mata Prasad Ojha sold 5 acres of land so he can afford the studies of his wife. Avadh Ojha’s mother is an advocate.

Avadh Ojha completed his primary schooling in Gonda. For further studies, he enrolled in Fatima College and he did his graduation.

He wanted to become an IAS officer and his parents supported him. His father sold a piece of land and sent him to Delhi for UPSC preparations. He appeared in the exam but failed to qualify Mains. Avadh Ojha’s life took a U-turn and he started teaching to young students and gave several IAs officers to the society.

The educator started teaching in his friend’s coaching institute in Allahabad. Initially, students did not like his teaching styles and several students left the coaching. After receiving feedback from students , Avadh Ojha changed the style of his teaching and succeeded. His teaching style of History has made him popular.

Avadh Ojha believes that students should not take the UPSC lightly and must dedicate seven hours daily for one year. Anything less than this will not lead to success.

He, of late, joined Aam Aadmi Party ahead of Delhi assembly elections. He took the membership of the party in presence of former Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. It is being said that he may contest assembly elections.
