At the cost of repetition, we say that the present orderdoes not speak that the notice was issued to the informant andhe was heard in view of the right that has been given underSection 15A (1) and (3) of the Atrocities Act. It cannot be saidthat as case is not made out for releasing an accused involvingin the offence under the Atrocities Act; it is not necessary toissue notice to the informant.
