Under Section 207, it is the obligation of the learnedJudicial Magistrate to supply a copy of the report and otherdocuments as provided in Section 207 to the accused. In acase triable by the Court of Sessions, Section 208 provides forthe learned Magistrate to provide copies of the statements anddocuments to the accused including the statements andconfessions recorded under Section 164 of CrPC.
