The West Bengal Public Service Commission (WBPSC) has postponed the West Bengal Civil Service (WBCS) prelims exam, originally scheduled for November 5, 2023, due to unavoidable circumstances. The new date will be announced on the official website. Admit cards and details about vacancies and recruitment groups will also be provided later. The WBCS exam consists of three stages: Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and Interview. Successful candidates are appointed to various administrative positions in the Government of West Bengal, with a starting salary of around Rs. 56,000 per month.
