India’s Shipping Minister will also speak at the session on the Eastern Sea Corridor, and will also meet senior ministers of the Russian Federation on possibilities of further strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries, Which includes exploring the possibilities of the Northern Sea Route and establishing a trans-shipment hub in the Bay of Bengal. The Eastern Sea Corridor aims to reduce cargo transit time between our countries.

Cities are ranked on the basis of steps taken by them in the Clean Air Survey conducted by the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB). It is followed by Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh and Guntur in Andhra Pradesh. Parwanoo in Himachal Pradesh ranks first among cities with population of less than three lakh. Kala Amb of Himachal and Angul of Odisha stood second and third respectively. The National Clean Air Program aims to reduce PM 2.5 and PM 10 levels by 20 to 30 percent by 2024.

India is showcasing its digital payments infrastructure (DPI) to attract the attention of international delegates.
