Video: Supreme Court says legislature has the right to make law on same-sex marriages

The Supreme Court has said that it is the right of the legislature to make laws on same-sex marriage. The Court added that the government should decide on the rights of same-sex couples if they cannot be given marriage equality.

The Supreme Court has said allopathic doctors and Ayurveda doctors do not do the same work and are not entitled to equal pay.

The Delhi High Court granted relief to NSUI leader Lokesh Chugh and revoked the Delhi University ban against him from appearing for exams after he screened the BBC documentary on PM Modi in the varsity.

Former Delhi Deputy CM Manish Sisodia’s judicial custody has been extended till May 12. The decision on bail in the ED case is expected tomorrow.
