• Candidates are advised to enter their complete correspondence address, mobile number, email address and other details for registration.
• Candidates should ensure to meet all the eligibility conditions for appearing in the entrance examination.
• Fill the application form with required details like personal, address, qualification and communication details.
• Upload relevant documents like recent photograph, signature and other documents in jpg/jpeg format.
• The size of photograph and signature must be between 10kb to 100kb only.
• Once the application is submitted, no request for change in any information will be accepted.
• The deadline for submission of registration form will be till first week of June 2025.
• Candidates are also advised to keep a printed copy of the completely filled in application form with them for future use.

Application Fee:​

• Uttarakhand Nursing 2025 application fee will be transacted via online mode.
• Fee will be paid by using debit card/credit card/net banking etc.
• The application fee deposited will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Uttarakhand Nursing 2025 Eligibility Criteria​

Applicants must ensure to fulfill the given eligibility norms before applying for UK Nursing 2025:

General Eligibility:​

• Nationality: Candidates should be a permanent citizen of India.
• Domicile: Candidates must be permanent/native residents of Uttarakhand state.

For B.Sc Nursing:​

• Age: Applicants must have achieved 17 years of minimum age as on 31st December 2025 and 35 years of maximum age to be eligible to apply.
• Qualification: Students must have completed 10th/12th or equivalent examinations from a recognised board.
• Subjects: Passed 12th standard examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as mandatory subjects to apply for exam.
• Marks: Candidates must have secured a minimum of 45% marks in qualifying exam to be eligible for exam.
• Appearing: Candidates who will be appearing in the qualifying examination or waiting for the final result will also be eligible to apply.

For ANM & GNM:​

• Age: Candidates must be 17 years to 35 years of age as on 31st December 2025 to be eligible for exam.
• Qualification: Those candidates who have completed 12th class or equivalent from any recognised board will be eligible for exam.
• Subjects: One must have passed the qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology & English as mandatory subjects.
• Marks: One must have obtained at least 40% marks in the qualifying examination to be eligible for exam.

For M.Sc Nursing:​

• Qualification: Applying candidates must have qualified a bachelor’s degree in B.Sc Nursing/Post-B.Sc Nursing or equivalent from any recognised institution.
• Marks: A minimum of 55% marks must be secured in the qualifying degree examination.

How to Apply for Uttarakhand Nursing 2025​

Follow the given step by step procedures to fill the UK Nursing Application Form 2025:

• Navigate to UK nursing website (link will be given above).
• Tap the link for “Click here to Register” from the homepage.
• Enter valid details such as email id, phone number, name, date of birth etc.
• Press the “Register” button.
• After submitting the details, 6 digit OTP will be sent on registered Email ID and Mobile number.
• Validate registered mobile number through OTP and move to next step.
• Click on the “Apply” button for the courses applying for.
• Fill in all asked details i.e,. father’s/mother’s name, gender, nationality, domicile, category, qualification, address and others.
• Provide choices of any three test centers in order of preferences.
• Click on “Upload Photograph/Signature/Documents” tab to upload relevant documents.
• A recent color photograph and signature of candidates must be uploaded in size between 10kb to 100kb in jpg/jpeg format.
• Tap on “Preview” button and cross-check each detail carefully to avoid any rejections.
• Once previewed, submit the form and proceed to payment page.
• Pay application fee via online gateways (such as Net banking/Credit card/Debit card/ UPI).
• After final submission of application form, candidates must retain a printout of the same for future references.
