Mr. Ankit Aggarwal, Founder, and CEO of Unstop said, “There are brand tracks for consumer brands which help the brand custodians understand the share of mind that their brands enjoy and plan their strategies accordingly. We observed that there is no such brand track in the space of employer brands. We are pleased to introduce the Unstop Employer Brand Track 2024 to address this need. This sets new standards for measuring employer brand equity, providing invaluable insights into the preferences of the future workforce. We aim to empower organizations with the knowledge they need to attract and retain top talent in today’s competitive market. ”
