Twelve AMU Unani medicine students selected by CCRUM

ALIGARH : Twelve students from the Ajmal Khan Tibbiya College, Aligarh Muslim University have been selected for the post of Research Officer at the Central Council for Research in Unani Medicine (CCRUM), which is an apex body of research engaged in scientific research on applied and fundamental aspects of Unani medicine, working under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.

Prof. Badrudduja Khan, Principal, AKTC, stated that among 32 selected candidates, 12 are from AKTC out of which, 6 students have completed their MD from the Department of Moalejat, one student from the Department of Ilmul Advia and other five students have completed their undergraduate graduation (BUMS) from AKTC.

The selected AKTC students include Dr. Amreen Zehra, Dr. Mohd. Mudassir, Dr. Sadaf, Dr. Abdul Aleem, Dr. Rifaqat and Dr. Mohammad Nazim (all from Moalejat), Dr. Reesha Ahmed (Ilmul Advia), and the BUMS pass outs Dr. Mohd. Zaki Ahmed, Dr. Mohd.Uzair Beg, Dr. Mohd.Usama, Dr. Aisha Ansari and Dr. Masood Ahmad.
