This recruitment drive is being conducted to fill 247 Lecturer vacancies for various subjects. Candidates age should be between 18 to 44 years old as on July 1 2022. Candidates need to pay a ₹200 application processing fee and a ₹120 examination fee
Candidates who are eligible to apply for the Lecturer posts in various subjects in Government Polytechnics in Technical Education Service shall visit the TSPSC website and apply online in the prescribed proforma. The candidates who have not yet edited their OTR have to do so now before applying, as part of the application form will be prepopulated with data from OTR.
The candidates have to first ensure that their information in the OTR is updated and accurate. The candidates are advised to go through the Notification, the application form and the User Guide very carefully before applying. Candidates are advised not to wait till the last date of application to avoid last minute rush.
Eligibility: (a) Education Qualification: A candidate should possess the academic qualifications and experience including practical experience prescribed, if any, for the post on the date of the notification for direct recruitment issued by the concerned recruiting agency. 1st Class Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology for the lecturer post.
(b) Age limit: Candidates’ age limit should have between 18 to 42 years. No person shall be eligible for direct recruitment if he/she is less than 18 years of age and if he/she is more than 42 years of age. Age Relaxation is applicable to the categories as per the govt norms.
Selection Process: The Commission conducts Screening Test and Main Examination for candidates selected in screening tests. If the screening test is to be held, the date of the screening test will be communicated through the Commission’s Website. The main examination for candidates selected in the screening test will be held through the computer-based test on the notified date (Will be announced shortly).
There would be objective type questions that are to be answered on the computer system. In case any paper of the Examination is held in different languages, the candidate has to choose the medium in which he/she wants to write the examination and the paper will be valued with reference to that medium only.
How to apply: The proforma Application will be available on Commission’s website. Before applying for the post, an applicant shall register his/her bio-data particulars through One Time Registration (OTR) on the Commission’s website. Once an applicant registers his/her particulars, a user ID is generated and sent to his/her registered mobile number and email ID.
Applicants need to apply for the post using the OTR user ID through the Commission’s website. The applicant is required to visit the Commission’s website regularly to keep herself updated until completion of the recruitment process. The Commission’s website information is final for all correspondence. No individual correspondence by any means will be entertained under any circumstances.
