Telangana State, Department of school education web portal schooledu.telangana.gov.in/ISMS/ was developed to bring all information related to education on a single platform. It was desired to monitor all data to make education an ennobling experience. In this process department of school education introduced a new provision to Add/ Update the details of the School Teachers.
To make available information pertaining to Teachers viz Name, Date of Birth, Caste, Age, Education Qualifications etc, of government schools in one place. By providing the services i) New Teacher entry provisions by validation it with Teacher Info. ii) Various types of drill-down reports Drill down from state to student-level reports to be generated.
A user manual has been prepared to explain the process flow for Adding/Updating/Deleting the Teacher details in Teacher Info and Non Teaching staff.
Online Teacher Service Profile at TS Teacher Information System: Teachers Info Service Book has been enabled and every teacher must update on TS Teacher Information System to create Teacher Service Profile. In the Data pertaining to the Deputation of Teachers, the details such as Date from which the teacher is on deputation, the school from which he is deputed, the supporting orders of the competent authority, a period of deputation etc. should be uploaded.
Only the Teachers who are working on deputation should alone be uploaded in this application. With regard to the uploading of the photo of the Teachers, the photos of all categories of Teachers should be uploaded.

Steps to Update the Teachers Data:
- First, Visit the School Edu Telangana Web Portal: Go to
- Touch or mouse over on “Online Services Menu” in the menu bar
- Now, Click on “Teacher Edit Service Outside” link
- A new Teachers Information System web page will appear.
- In this page, Enter the Teacher Mobile Number and Teacher ID in required fields and click on the submit button.
- OTP will be sent to the entered mobile number.
- After entering OTP, the data will have appeared
- The teacher has to check his/her available information
- The teacher shall update the information in case of any updations needed
