TS EAMCET Slot Booking Details
TS Engineering, Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test (commonly known as TS EAMCET) is an exam held for admission to several Professional programmes in Telangana-based colleges.
Once the document verification is done, candidates can exercise their web options and freeze the options. The provisional allotment of seats will be done and Candidates can pay the fees as per the schedule.
All categories (OC/BC/SC/ST/MINORITY) candidates, Book your Slot (Selection of Help Line Center, Date & Time) to attend certificate verification at your nearest or convenient Help Line Center (HLC) mentioned within the scheduled dates and attend for the Certificate Verification accordingly.
Without payment of Processing Fee and Slot Booking, the candidate is not permitted to attend for Certificate Verification. The candidate shall be permitted to attend for Certificate Verification only at the Help Line Center (HLC) booked as per the schedule.
Special category candidates i.e., (NCC) National Cadet Corps / (PHC) Physically Challenged / (CAP) Children of Armed Forces Personnel / Anglo-Indian need to book Slot duly selecting the Help Line Center of GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNIC, MASAB TANK, HYDERABAD to attend for certificate verification as mentioned in Annexure – I, other certificates of these candidates will also be verified on the dates mentioned along with Special Reservation category Certificates.

Slot Booking Instructions
- Slot Booking (selection of Help Line Centre, Date & Time ) is compulsory for attending Certificate Verification.
- The candidate had to attend at the selected Help Line Centre (HLC) on the Date / Time booked through Slot Booking.
- The candidate is not permitted in other than selected HLC.
- Candidate has to report 10 minutes before Starting of the opted Slot Time.
- In case your account is debited and the website gets disconnected before payment receipt generation, your bank is expected to report the payment within one, two working days.
- Therefore, please wait for 1, 2 working days and recheck the same using the “Online Payment Status” using ‘Pay Processing Fee” link.

Students who have had paid the web counselling processing fee through online mode, they need to visit the TS EAMCET admission counselling web portal by entering the web address tseamcet.nic.in for MPC stream OR tseancetb.nic.in for BiPC stream in your browser and press the enter key. Then counselling web portal will be opened in your device screen.
- Click on the Slot Booking Link
Once your reach the TS EAMCET admission counselling web portal, you can search for the Slot Booking link on the home page and click on it. Then, certificates uploading and Online Slot Booking for Certificate Verification Web Page will be appeared in your device screen.
- Enter details in the Slot Booking web page
In the TS EAMCET Slot Booking web page, enter the TS EAMCET Hall Ticket Number, ICR Form Number (as printed on TS EAMCET Examination Hall Ticket), Date of Birth and Image value in the given boxes. Now, click on the 'Show Available Slots' button. Then, book a slot for certificate verification web page will appear.
- Book a Slot for certificate verification
In this slot booking web page, select the category of the student, select the nearby Help Line Center convenient to attend for certificate verification, click on the suitable date convenient to attend for certificate verification (The dates available for slot booking will be marked with Green colour), and click on the convenient time slot (the slot booking is available from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM with half an hour timeslots are available).
- Click YES button
Once you booked you slot at the TS EAMCET slot booking web page, verify the details of Help Line Center and date and time of slot booking. Click on YES Button. Immediately you will receive SMS to the Registered Mobile Number with the details of HLC Name, Date & time etc.
- Print the Slot Booking Details
By clicking on the yes button, your slot booking details will be appeared in receipt format. Print out can be taken with the details of HLC Name, Date & time.
- Report to the HLC
After receiving of slot booking details in your registered mobile number, Report 10 minutes before the slot booking schedule at the designated HLC. Show the SMS received to the Registered Mobile Number and complete the Certificate verification process.
Certificate Verification and List of Documents:
