TS DEECET Web Options Schedule
C and DSE Telangana issued TS DEECET Notification and invited online applications for Category-A Seats from the eligible candidates for admission into 2 year Diploma in Education (D.Ed.,) in Govt DIETs and Private DEd Institutions in Telangana State. Entrance exam was held and its results were declared and General Merit list was released along with results.
1. Certificate Verification on 03.01.2023 who have not attended the students previously for certificate verification.
2. Schedule for Phase II DEECET 2022 counselling.
a) Certificate verification on 03.01.2023
b) Submission of Web based preferences of colleges by the students 05.01.2023 to 07.01.2023.
c) Allotment of seats to the candidates on merit basis as per rules(sliding and fresh students under second phase) on 13.01.2023.
d) Payment of fees and reporting of candidates to the colleges and download of final admission letter 17.01.2023 to 19.01.2023.
e) After sliding options and seats allotment under second phase-II, allotment of seats on conversion based on the merit on 21.01.2023.

A further step is to join in the college, according to your rank. So, to select the college you have to give your web options according to your options, you have to take these measures.
So, the officials are going to conduct counselling for these colleges in the first phase counselling. The seats left in these colleges and for new colleges the counselling will be held in the second phase.
For these the date for giving web options will be announced soon. Please attend the certificate verification who as not attended the certificate verification. Web Counselling date will be intimated through SMS.
The DEECET officials has issued Web Based Counselling Schedule-Web Options Dates and these admissions will be taken up through web based counselling. Now, Online admissions process will be started for 1st phase from as per the schedule. 1st Instruction day in January first week. Here, we are providing for you, how to fill or how to give the web option form
Web Based Selection Process Guidelines/Instructions to the candidates for submission of web based counseling: 1. Candidates seeking into Admissions into Two Year D.El.Ed Course in the State for 2020-2020 batch will be made as per the rank obtained in DEECET 2020 through Web Based Counseling.
i. To begin with, download the list of colleges granted permission by the affiliation committee for admissions for the 2020‐20 batch hosted on TSDEECET website and prepare the order of preferences of colleges.
ii. For submission of preferences through web based application pay the fee amount of Rs.60/‐ using make payment link by providing required details in the website and obtain Transaction ID / Journal Number.
iii. After obtaining the Transaction ID / Journal Number login to the website and Click on the link ‘Submission of Preferences of colleges’.
iv. The list of districts will be displayed on the screen. Select the districts in which you wish to seek admission. The list of colleges in those districts will be displayed.
v. Follow the ‘On Screen’ instructions and messages that are given during the course of selection of your preferences (Colleges). Try to select as many colleges as possible as that would increase the possibility of getting admission. There is no maximum number for selection of colleges. You can select all the colleges in the list.
vi. After selection of colleges is over press the ‘Submit’ button but before pressing the ‘Submit’ button please check thoroughly the preferences submitted.
vii. On pressing the ‘Submit’ button the pdf of the list of colleges submitted will be displayed. Download the list PDF of submitted preferences list.
viii. Do not forget that the candidate is only responsible for submission of preferences.
ix. Each candidate will be allowed to change their preferences submitted by them for two times between.
x. Submission of preferences through Web Based Counseling is not the end of admission procedure. It is only registration for admission. Allotment of seats will be made exclusively in the order of merit through a web based programme.
xi. All the candidate who are allotted seats in any of the colleges as per merit and the order of preference of colleges will be sent through SMS on their mobile.
xii. The candidate shall visit the website to know
‘provisional allotment’ and make fee payment as mentioned therein from.
xiii. Fee Structure:
Govt. Colleges: Rs.2385/‐
Private Colleges: Tuition fee ‐ Rs.11,000/‐ per annum and Special Fee Rs.1500/‐ per annum.
xiv. Exemption from payment of fee: The candidates belonging to the following categories are exempted from payment of fee provided they have produced the income certificate of parents issued by the Tahsildar after 01‐01‐2020 for claiming exemption of fee at the time of verification of certificates.
xv. The copy of acknowledgement of fee paid in gateway should be submitted in the allotted college on the day of reporting at the college.
xvi. The Principal / Correspondent of the concerned college shall submit the list of candidates reported in the college to Principal, Govt. DIET concerned without fail failing which the college will not be included in the 2nd phase of counseling and further action will be initiated as per rules.
xvii. On receipt of list of candidates from college in the respective Districts, the Principal, Govt. DIET shall report to the CGG, college wise through tracking service.
How to give web options for TS DEECET: Candidates can submit their web options through online. The fee prescribed for For submission of Colleges preferences for admission into DEd Course 2020(web options-phase-I) is Rs.60/- (Rupees Sixty only).
Candidates can pay the fee through TSONLINE or e-Seva centres or Payment Gateway Services and submit web options online at the DIETCET website tsdeecet.cgg.gov.in between from as per the notified schedule.

How to exercise TS DEECET Web Option Entry 2023?
- Open the website the Home page displayed as follows.
- Click on the TS DEECET ADMISSIONS Menu. The following webpage will be displayed.
- Click on Student Login Menu. The following Web page will be displayed.
- Please enter Hall ticket No., Scratch Card Serial Number, Scratch Card Password.
- After successfully entering the detail please click the login button.
- After clicking the Login button, you will be directed to Web Options Page as shown below.
- The college list (based on your Medium, Religion, Gender) is displayed (in the order of Region) in the table on the left side of the page as shown above image.
- Click on the Checkbox under the CB column on the Left-hand side Table to select your option.
- The selected college will be added to your selected college’s list table on the right-hand side of the page.
- The first selected college will be your first priority. And subsequently selected colleges will be added subsequently in the order of selection as shown in the below image.
- Once the college options are selected, click on the Save button to save the option to the server
- After clicking the save button, you will be redirected to Change Priority / Freeze options screen as shown below.
- If you want to delete any of your saved web options, please click remove link
- Changing the priority of the web options can be done using UP/DOWN/TOP/BOTTOM links. And changing priority activity/work should be done after removing options exercise (if any).
- After Changing the priorities for Saving the changed Priorities of the options, click on Save Button
- After clicking the Save button, the “FREEZE” button will be enabled and displayed to Freeze the options as shown below.
- You can change the selected options, add new options and change the priorities of the selected options, as many times as you want by logout and login to the application again.
- To add new college option in this above Priority Screen, click on the counseling Menu
- After exercising, the priorities and clicking the Save button, the FREEZE button will be displayed as shown in the above image.
- On clicking Freeze Button, you will be directed to Freeze Options Screen as shown below.
- On Clicking Cancel button in the above screen, it will direct you to Priorities Changing Screen. How to Give Web Options of TS DEECET
- You can click on the FREEZE button to Freeze your selected options
- The Web options once frozen cannot be modified further.
- Freeze the web options once you are satisfied with the priorities of the selected options
- Freezing the options can be done only Once
- On Clicking the freeze button, your Options will be freezed and you will be directed to the counseling main page, where you can take the printout of your selected college Freezed options as shown below
- To Modify your frozen web options, you are requested to approach your Help Line Centre.
- The options exercised will be closed at 00.00 Hrs midnight on the last date specified for web options in the notification.
- The options registered in the server will be frozen automatically on the last day specified in the notification and shall be used for seat allotment.
- The options will be processed on the dates specified and the results will be communicated through SMS message to the mobile number, which you have provided and you can also take a print of the provisional allotment order from the website.
Do’s and Don’ts
- The Association of Managements of Minority Colleges of Education TS recommends using Google Chrome for the best performance of the application.
- Which can be easily downloaded from the web. (Or IE 9 and above version)
- Check colleges thoroughly before entering the options through the college list, which can be downloaded from the home page.
- Write colleges in the order of preference on a white paper before entering into the web.
- Do not select college casually in which you are not interested.
- Avoid using a slow internet facility.
- Allotments will be made in the order of preference of options and exercise the utmost care while entering options.
- Allotments will be made in the rank order:-
- Allotment made in the web counseling is final and cannot be altered under any circumstances. Therefore only such colleges that candidates willing to join without any hesitation should be chosen.
- The convenor is not responsible for any technical or human errors from client-side (Student side) while exercising options.
- Don’t reveal Scratch Card Number and password to others.
