TNSET 2024 Application Form
Candidates can check the complete details related to in the section below:
- Registration procedure will be made available through online mode on the website.
- The TNSET 2024 application form will be released from the first week of June 2024.
- Candidates will be required to fill the application form with details such as personal, education, qualifications, communicational, etc.
- At the time of filling the application form, candidates must provide their category along with the other information.
- Upload the scanned images i.e. photographs, signature, and other relevant community certificate as per the given specifications.
- Candidates will have to submit the application form till the first week of July 2024.
- For further admission procedure, candidates must keep the hardcopy of the application form.
Application Fee:
- Candidates will be able to submit the fee through online mode only.
- Credit card/ Debit card or net banking will be the online payment gateways for online transaction.
- The application fee will be non-refundable.

How to Apply for TNSET 2024
- Step-1: Go to the website of TNSET (Link will be given above).
- Step-2: Click on the “Registration” button to register.
- Step-3: Enter the details such as email and password.
- Step-4: Now fill the application form with details such as parent name, email id, phone number, etc.
- Step-5: Upload the relevant images in the form.
- Step-6: Submit the application form using different online gateways.
- Step-7: Recheck the details and click on the “Submit” button.
- Step-8: Take a hardcopy of the for further usage.
TNSET 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Check the given below TNSET 2024 Eligibility Criteria before filling out the application form:
- Qualification: Applying candidates must have master’s degree or its equivalent from any recognised university or institutions by UGC.
- Minimum Marks: Applicants must have scored at least 55% marks (50% for OBC–NCL, SC,ST/ PWD-VI/ HI/ PH).
- Age Limit: For TNSET 2024, there will be no age limit to apply.
- Appearing: Final year appearing candidates will be able to apply for the exam.
TNSET 2024 Exam Pattern

TNSET 2024 Syllabus
The TNSET 2024 syllabus will be same as in UGC/ CSIR-NET. The syllabus for both the papers will be different. TNSET 2024 Exam Centers
The TNSET 2024 exam will be organized in the following cities:
Chennai, Coimbatore, Salem, Madurai, Tiruchillapalli, Tirunelveli, Karaikudi, Villupuram, Vellore, Erode, and Thanjavur
TNSET 2024 Admit Card
The will be released in the third week of July 2024 by the authority. Candidates will be able to download the admit card through online mode on the website. To download it, candidates will be required to provide their details like application number and date of birth in the portal.
Only those candidates will be able to download the admit card who have submitted the application form before the deadline. The authority will not sent the admit card via post or any other offline mode.
It will be mandatory for the candidates to carry the admit card to the exam center. The authority will not allowed the candidate to sit in the exam without having a valid admit card.
TNSET 2024 Answer Key
The authority will release the TNSET 2024 answer key separately for all 26 subjects as per their codes. It will be released through online mode on the website. Candidates will have to download the of their respective code of the paper and compare their answer with it.
Candidates will also be able to know their score by comparing their answers with that in the TNSET 2024 answer key. In case candidates found any mistake in the released answer key they can easily raise objections or challenge the answer key within the time frame and in the required procedure.
TNSET 2024 Result
The result of TNSET 2024 will be declared through online mode on the website. will be declared in the month of August 2024. Candidates will be required to enter their registration number or application number and mobile number to check the result.
The qualified candidates in the TNSET 2024 entrance examination will be called for the counselling procedure through online mode. Only appeared candidates will be able to access the result through online mode.
TNSET 2024 Counselling
The will be organized in the last week of August 2024 by the authority. Qualified candidates in the entrance exam will be able to participate in the counselling procedure. To participate in the counselling procedure it will be compulsory for the candidates to reach the minimum cut off percentage.
Those candidates who will clear the last interview round in the counselling procedure will be considered as Assistant Professor. At the time of counselling procedure candidates will also be required to bring the required documents for verification procedure.
