The Eight Archetypes of Leadership are: The Visionary, The Transformational Leader, The Manager, The Independent Leader, The Legislator, The Protagonist, The Coach, and The Technical Leader.

The Visionary is able to see the future and bring change to the organization. They motivate their team and inspire them to achieve great things. They create a vision and lead their team towards it.

The Transformational Leader changes how an organization operates. They lead their team through difficult times and help them reach their goals. They are able to create a culture of innovation and change.

The Manager organizes and manages their team. They set goals and strategies and lead their team to success. They are able to create a safe and healthy work environment for their team.

The Independent Leader leads their team without relying on others. They make decisions independently and take responsibility. They create a strong team identity and culture.

The Legislator works with the team to create new policies and procedures. They negotiate and meet with other organizations to ensure their teams’ success. They create a clear vision and lead them towards it.

The Protagonist takes control of the situation and leads their team to success. They are able to motivate their team and get them to act quickly and decisively.

The Coach helps their team improve their performance as they provide support, instruction, and guidance to their team. They create a positive environment for their team.

The Technical Leader leads their team in the development and implementation of new technologies. They work with other teams to create new products and services.
