Final Selection List results: Selection of candidates based on Marks secured in TGMREIS RJC Entrance exam and release of Institution wise list of selected candidates and display on the website and in the Institution notice board.
Certificate verification of selected candidates at respective Jr. colleges and Final Selection list to be released very soon. Commencement of classes from 12-06-2025.
ADMISSION PROCESS: Provisional Selection List: After the selection process, the list of provisionally selected candidates will be displayed in the respective Junior Colleges and communicated to the candidates over the phone through the mobile number furnished by the candidate in the online application.
2. Certificates Verification and List of Documents (List of Documents for at the time of admission): The provisionally selected candidates should report to the respective Junior colleges with the following documents in original along with one set of Xerox copies of certificate for verification.
Following documents in original with one set of Xerox copies should be submitted by the selected candidate at the time of admission in the respective Jr. College.
Medical screening test: The provisionally selected candidates should also attend the medical screening test arranged by the Junior college wherein the candidate was selected for admission and the candidates who are medically fit only will be eligible for admission.
The admissions of the provisionally selected candidates who fulfil the eligibility criteria and medically fit are only will be admitted in the college. Admission of Provisionally selected candidates is confirmed subject to the submission of above certificates and medically fit.
Venue of Selection process at Respective T MR Jr. College. The selection of candidates is done by drawl of lucky dip at College level from the list of enrolled candidates for admission duly following the rule of reservation of TGMREIS in presence of Selection Committee.
The list of the candidates enrolled for admission in the Jr. College through the Online will be forwarded to the respective Jr. College after receipt of the same from CGG.
The selection should be done Group wise and Community/caste wise. The Group Wise, Community/Caste wise list of enrolled candidates may be displayed in the notice board of the school.
Parents of the enrolled candidates should be informed about the selection process but they should not be invited nor allowed to witness the selection process.
If the number of candidates enrolled from a particular community for the Group is less or equal to the number of seats/vacancies available, these candidates shall be selected directly for admission without the process of lucky dips.
If the number of candidates enrolled from a particular community/caste for admission in a class is more than the number of seats/vacancies available, the selection is done by drawl of lucky dips from the enrolled candidates of the community/caste against the sanctioned strength/vacancies.
Tokens may be used for drawl of lots. The token number of the candidates should be same as that of the serial number of the candidates in the enrolment list.
Before the process of selection of the candidates the principal has to explain the selection process, Rule of Reservation, number of candidates enrolled from each community, number of seats /vacancies available in each community etc. to the committee members at the time of selection process. The minutes of the meeting also should be recorded.
If the candidates belong to special category viz. Orphan / Disabled/Armed force personnel or Ex-Servicemen Children or Widows of ex – servicemen children are enrolled, their selection shall be done as per Rule of Reservation of TGMREIS before the selection of other candidates in the respective community.
Drawl of lucky dips shall be done Group wise & Community/caste wise in the order Minority – Muslims, Christians, Jains, Parsis, Buddhist & Sikhs, Non- Minority, SC, ST, BC, OC categories and the selection list should be prepared in the same manner, based on the drawl of the lucky dips.
All the Tokens of particular Group & Community/caste are put in the box and shall be jumbled before drawl of lucky dips is done. Before putting the Token number into the box, the name of the candidates and token number shall be read in presence of committee members.
Community wise waiting list (50% of sanctioned strength/vacancies) may be drawn by lucky dip, this list may be used to fill the vacancies if any after the operation of the Selection list.
After the process of selection by above method, still if any vacancies are left over in any particular category in any Group, offline applications from the TMR students who did not get admission in their opted college in the respective category can be invited to fill the left over vacancies.
In this regard the Principal concerned should circulate the details of vacancy position (Community wise and Group wise) to all the schools in the state.
However preference should be given to the students who had studied in any TMR School in the respective erstwhile district. Still if any vacancies are available after offering the admission to the students of T MR School of respective district, the candidatures of other district in the state shall be considered to fill the vacancies duly following the above procedure.
If any vacancies are leftover in Muslim or Christian of Minority category after process of selection due to non-availability of candidates in the enrolled list, they should not be filled up by any other community candidates.
If the required number of candidates are not enrolled from Muslim or Christian category against the vacant seats of same category, the seats shall remain be kept vacant.
If any vacancies are available in Sikh, Jains, Parsis or Buddhists quota due to non-availability of candidates from these communities from any district, these vacancies shall be filled up first by the Muslim candidates by drawl of lucky dip, after exhaust of Muslim candidates from the enrolled list, the Christian candidates shall be considered for selection.
If any vacancies are still vacant in SC, ST, or BC category of Non-Minority after process of selection due to non-availability of enrolled candidates from any district, these vacancies should be kept vacant and should not be filled up by any other category candidates without the permission of the Secretary.
However if any vacancies are available in OC category due to non-availability of enrolled candidates from any district they may be filled by considering all the enrolled candidates of SC , ST and BC candidates by drawl of lots, i.e. names of all the candidates of SC, ST and BC are put in the drawl of lots. Preference shall be given to the respective erstwhile district TMR students.
But at any point of time vacancies in Minority category (if available) should not be filled with the Non-Minority candidates even if the candidates are not enrolled from any Minority community against the vacant seats without the Permission of the Secretary.
After the selection of the candidates by drawl of lucky dips, their selection should be considered as provisionally selected candidates, accordingly list of provisionally selected candidates shall be prepared and displayed in the college Notice Board.
A compliance report should be submitted to the head Office TGMREIS mail id academics.tmreis@gmail.com. after the process of selection. Documents of provisionally selected candidates should be verified to finalise the admission process.
Government of Telangana, TGMREIS has given Proceedings Rc.No.3575 on Dated:02-06-2021 for conducting Drawl of Lots/Lucky Dip for fresh admissions in TMR Schools and Jr. Colleges for the academic year.

- Memorandum of marks of SSC/X Class Board Exam.
- The candidates who have passed X class Board Exam other than SSC Board of Telangana they should submit the equivalence certificate issued by the competent authority (SSC Board, Govt. of Telangana).
- Bonafide Certificate duly mentioning the Date of Birth issued by the concerned school where the candidate has studied class X.
- Transfer certificate issued by the School where the candidate has studied Class X.
- Aadhaar card.
- Annual Income Certificate of Parent issued by the Tahsildar. (Income Limit is not applicable to disabled and Armed Force/Ex-Servicemen Children)
- For SC, ST and BC candidates caste certificate issued by Tahsildar
- For disabled candidate’s medical certificate issued by a concerned medical officer.
- For Armed Force personnel/Ex-servicemen children – certificate obtained from concerned authorities.
- For Orphans – Certificate issued by the Tahsildar.
- Converted Christians – Certificate issued by the concerned authorities as mentioned below:
- For the persons of Scheduled castes converted to Christians & their progeny (BC-C) the community certificate issued by the Tahsildar.
- For all other persons converted in Christian either of the following proof shall be submitted.
- The Transfer certificate/leaving certificate/Bonafide issued by respective schools wherein it is mentioned as Indian Christian/Roman Catholic/Anglo Indian.
- The Baptism certificate issued by Church authorities to the student/Individual or if in case student does not have a Baptism certificate then their Father/Mother/Guardian’s Baptism certificate.
- Two Passport size Photographs of candidates and one Photograph of Parents.
