TG PECET Exam Pattern 2024 has been announced on its web portal. Students who are appearing the entrance exam can check details and download detailed prospectus.
TG PECET is a Common Entrance Test as Physical Education Common Entrance Test (PECET) has been released in the month of March.
Online Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for admission into two years B.P.Ed and two years UG D.P.Ed Courses offered by the universities and affiliated colleges in the Telangana State for this academic year 2024.
The scheme of examination for the common entrance test for B.PEd and DPEd Course: Scheme of Entrance test for B.P.Ed.(Two years) and D.P.Ed. (2 Years), Courses: The for entry of students into B.P.Ed. (Two Years) and D.P.Ed. (Two Years) Courses Comprise of two parts, namely a) Physical Efficiency Test and b) Skill Test in Game.

These tests will be conducted as follows: (A) Physical Efficiency Tests: Maximum 400 marks : For each of the events, marks shall be awarded, by using the conversion tables approved by the T.S. PECET Committee.

FOR WOMEN CANDIDATES
The Candidate has to choose either High Jump or Long Jump. The candidate has to mention option in the application. Changing the option at the time of the test is not permitted.
Maximum 100 Marks: The skills of the candidate shall be tested in any one of the following games opted by the candidate:
Skill Test in Game
Note: If any Candidate fails to choose any one of these games in the application, the candidate will not be allowed to attend the examination in the skill test and he/she loses the chance to appear for 100 marks skill test.
If any candidate chooses more than one game, then also, the candidate will not be allowed for the skill test.
So, the candidate should fill the application properly by choosing only one game. Changing of the option at the time of the test is not permitted.
Caution: Candidates with heart ailments or any such serious ailments and differently-abled persons should not appear for these tests.
Pregnant women are also advised not to appear for these tough physical efficiency tests. Participation in these tough Physical efficiency tests may cause injury to the ailing individual and in the case of pregnant women to the fetus or to the child in the womb.

(B) Skill Test in Game
