The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced changes in the negative marking system for the SSC JE Exam 2023. In Paper 1, 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer, while Paper 2 will have a negative marking of 1 mark for incorrect answers. The exam will be conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode on October 9, 10 & 11. Paper 1 consists of three sections, and candidates are required to attempt only the section corresponding to their specialization. Paper 2 is a traditional examination format with multiple-choice questions.
