Shiv Nadar University 2024 Counselling
University will conduct the counselling process for successfully qualified candidates from the examination. The counselling procedure will be conducted through online mode from the website of exam conducting authority.
The counselling process for will be conducted after the release of selection list containing names of candidates qualified in the written test. Only those candidates will be eligible to participate in the counselling who will successfully attain the minimum qualifying marks.
The University will combine 50% marks of 10+2 or JEE Main and 50% marks of SNUSAT or APT. Candidates must bring their required documents at the time of counselling for the document verification process.

After the announcement of results of SNUSAT/ APT, University will release a selection list through online mode. The Selection List which will be published by the University will contain names of the candidates shortlisted in the entrance test.
The selection list issued by the University will contain student’s name, stream allotted, application id, scholarship offered and tuition fee amount to be paid. The selection of the students will be on the basis of score of Class 12th and SNUSAT and APT.

After the release of selection list on the University website, the final registration process will start. Candidate’s admission will be done as per the scores obtained in the SNUSAT or APT test.
Candidates must be present at the allotted venue within the prescribed time and date. In case of any candidate remains absent his/her seat will be offered to the next candidate in the order of merit. Also at the time of registration candidates have to submit their documents. These documents are listed below:
- 10th and 12th Mark sheet and Pass Certificate
- Character Certificate/Migration Certificate
- Score Card/Rank card
- Category Certificate
- Birth Certificate
- Counselling letter
- Several Passport size Photographs
- Photo id proof issued by government etc.

The merit list/ selection list will be released for various programmes through the University portal.
