The engagement for Candidates will be offered purely on a contract basis for a period from the date of their joining or till 30 June . Preference will be given to those, who can join immediately to Divisional Railway Hospital Pune.
Eligible candidates will be interviewed by the nominating committee of Central Railway’s online mode through Whatsapp on weekly basis or as per the urgency/requirement. Candidates must also note that the vacancy is provisional and may increase or decrease as per administrative necessity. Candidates selected will get a monthly pay of Rs.75,000. The eligible candidates can apply online for RRC Apprentices post through the official website of RRC: rrccr.com. RRC is conducting this recruitment drive to fill up 2562 Apprentice vacancies. The last date to submit online applications for RRC Apprentice post is March 5 (5.00 pm).
Age Limit: a. The age limit of the candidate should be 15 to 24 years (as on 01 Jan ). b. Upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years in case of SC/ST candidates, 3 years in case of OBC candidates.
Minimum Educational Qualification: The candidate should have passed class 10 or its equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks, in aggregate, from recognized Board and also possess National Trade Certificate in the notified trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by the National Council for Vocational Training /State Council for Vocational Training.
Application Fee: Candidates need to pay an application fee of Rs.100, which is non-refundable. No fee is required to be paid by SC/ST/PWD/Women candidates. If in case candidates find any problems while submitting and printing of application, email at act.apprentice@ .
Selection Process: Selection will be on the basis of merit list prepared in respect of all the candidates who apply against the notification.
The merit list will be prepared on the basis of percentage of marks in matriculation (with minimum 50% aggregate marks) + ITI marks in the trade in which Apprenticeship is to be done. The panel will be on the basis of simple average of marks in the matriculation and ITI.
