The Rajasthan Secondary Education Directorate has issued a notice making Surya Namaskar practice mandatory at all government and private schools in the state until February 15, 2024. The state education minister has stated that Surya Namaskar will be mandatory during morning prayers/assembly at all schools, and yoga instructors will train teachers and students.
