It focuses on punishing gangs, mafia, and colluding officials, not students, proposing imprisonment and fines for offenders. The move comes in response to recent exam paper leaks, causing widespread disruptions and affecting candidates. Various states, including Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Assam, and Arunachal Pradesh, have enacted anti-paper leak laws to safeguard exam integrity.
