The Ministry of Education has started online registration for the National Merit cum Means Scholarship Scheme. Students in classes 9 and 12 can apply on the National Scholarship Portal website. The deadline for registration is November 30, 2023. Eligible students with a total annual parental income of Rs. 3,50,000 or less can apply. The scholarship provides financial assistance to students from economically weaker sections to continue their education at the secondary and higher secondary levels.
