The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2023 was released by Dr. Rajkumar Ranjan Singh, the Minister of State for Education and External Affairs. Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras retained its top position in the overall rankings, followed by Indian Institute of Science (IISC) Bengaluru in second place. The top-ranked Universities were IISC Bengaluru, followed by Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi. The NIRF 2023 rankings are available on their official website, nirfindia.org.
