For students who have passed in three subjects, the average score will be calculated based on best of two and for those who have past performance in one or two subjects, their theory performance will be calculated based on average performance in theory of last three public examinations.
For those who were to appear for the first time and their tutor-marked assignments (TMA) or practical marks are available, their performance will be calculated based on the available TMA or practical marks, however, the TMA and practical marks secured by the student will be reflected along with theory marks in mark sheet, as per the official notice.

Candidates who have appeared the open school examinations need to visit the official website of NIOS at nios.ac.in.
- Click on the Result Link
Once you reach the official website, for visiting the result web page, click on NIOS Results section which is available on the homepage.
- Click on the Check Result link
Once you reach the result web page, Click on the check result link under Secondary and Senior Secondary Public examination Result section.
- Key in your enrolment number
Enter your enrollment number and other credentials required in the given fields of result web application and click click on the submit button.
- Download NIOS Result
After clicking on the submit button, the result will be displayed on the screen and download your result.
- Take a print the result
After download the result, take a printout as a hard copy and preserve it for future need.
