Nitte Institute of Communication (NICO) students organised a campaign on nutrition and mental health awareness among housekeeping staff. Resource persons delivered talks on how to make a balanced diet and the difference between mental health and mental illness. Dr Prerana Hegde, chief dietician, advised participants on the ideal breakfast and eating two vegetables in curries. An interactive session was held to help the participants understand stress levels and cope with it. The programme was attended by all the housekeeping staff of the institute.
