The Supreme Court of India will hear the NTA NEET UG 2024 case tomorrow, July 18. During the previous brief hearing of the NEET UG case, the petitioner’s counsel requested the pleas to be listed for July 15. However, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta stated he would be unavailable on that date. Considering this, the bench led by Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud scheduled the next hearing for Thursday, July 18.

Meanwhile, on July 16, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) issued a notice inviting medical colleges to enter their seat details on its official . The MCC will accept seat information from July 20 from participating institutions for UG counselling 2024 on the MCC portal. The notice also mentions that the user ID and password for accessing the portal remain the same as in previous years. Institutions can use the ‘Forgot Password’ feature if they need to recover or generate a new password.
