NCET Registration 2024 has been started by the National Testing Agency on its official website, for National Common Entrance Test, NCET 2024 Exam.

Eligible and interested candidates can submit the NCET online application on its National Common Entrance Test web portal with required information along with necessary documents.

NCET is conducted for admission to 4-year Integrated Teacher Education Programme, ITEP ( 4 year integrated B.Ed programme) in educational institutions.

NCET registration started on June 26 and the deadline to apply is July 19. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online on ncet.samarth.ac.in.

NCET Eligibility Criteria​


Educational Qualification: To be eligible for the NTA NCET 2024 examination, candidates must have successfully passed their class 12 or equivalent examination from a recognized board. Appearing candidates may also apply.

If a candidate is granted a seat, they must also meet any age criteria set by the institution. Participants should refer to the website of the institute they wish to apply to for specific eligibility criteria.

National Testing Agency will be conducting the National Common Entrance Test 2024 or NCET 2024 in 178 Cities and in 13 mediums across India in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode for the Academic Session 2024-24.

NCET Registration 2024​


The National Common Entrance Test (NCET) 2024 registration process has been started on its website. The exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to the 4-year Integrated Teacher Education Programme (ITEP) in educational institutions.

    Candidates need to visit the official website of NTA, ncet.samarth.ac.in.

  2. Click on Registration link​


    Once you reach the official website, click on the “NCET Registration 2024” link.

  3. Fill the form​


    Fill in the required details, such as personal details, educational qualifications, etc.

  4. Upload documents​


    Upload the required documents, such as photograph and signature.

  5. Pay the fee​


    After uploading the documents, pay the registration fee through online mode.

  6. Submit the form​


    After successful fee payment, submit the application form.

NCET Exam Pattern​


NCET 2024 question paper will include a total of 160 multiple choice questions and four sections – section 1 on languages, section 2 on domain-specific subjects, section 3 general test, and section 4 on teaching aptitude. Following past trends, the exam will be conducted in two shifts on multiple days.

NTA will conduct the NCET exam in 13 languages including English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
