New Delhi: Clearing all three rounds of the Civil Services examination in a single attempt to become an IAS officer is extremely challenging. Just like IAS officer Tina Dabi, Laghima Tiwari also achieved this feat by clearing the examination on her first attempt. A graduate in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Delhi Technological University, Laghima Tiwari secured an All India Rank(AIR) 19th in the UPSC CSE 2022.
Born in the Rajasthani neighbourhood of Alwar, Laghima started her preparation for the competitive examination in 2021.
