Hailing from the Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan, Farah Hussain was born into a Muslim family. She cleared All India Rank(AIR) 267 at a young age.


Hailing from Nawa village in Jhunjhunu, Farah grew up in a family deeply rooted in public service within the Kayamkhani Muslim community, known for its history of administrative roles in central and northern Rajasthan. Surrounded by relatives in government positions, she was inspired from an early age to pursue a similar path. Her father, Ashfaq Hussain, served as a District Collector, while her elder brother practices law lawyer at the Rajasthan High Court. Many other family members also hold respected positions, creating an environment that encouraged her to follow in their footsteps.
