Achieving the Guinness World Record as the youngest female Chartered Accountant (CA) at just 19 is an extraordinary accomplishment that reflects her discipline and academic brilliance. Hailing from Morena, Madhya Pradesh, Nandini Agrawal secured All India Rank(AIR) 1 in the CA final examination. Speaking of her educational qualification, Nandini Agarwal always seemed to be racing against time. She skipped two grades in school, completed her Class 10 board exams at just 13, her Class 12 exams at 15, and went on to achieve a Guinness World Record by 19. She was 19 years and 330 days old on September 13, 2021, when she the topped the CA finals.

Hailing from Morena, Madhya Pradesh, Nandini Agrawal earned the distinction of becoming the world’s youngest female Chartered Accountant, a title officially recognized by the Guinness World Records. Success runs in the family. Nandini’s elder brother, Sachin, then 21, achieved an impressive All India Rank 18 the same year. In 2021, Nandini topped the CA final exam with 614 out of 800 marks (76.75%), surpassing 83,000 candidates to claim the 1 spot, while Sachin scored 568.

Nandini’s journey was strongly supported by her elder brother, who was also preparing for the CA exams. His understanding of the challenges she encountered and his guidance proved invaluable. Her inspiration came from a Guinness World Record holder who once visited her school, sparking her desire to make her own mark. Determined to excel, she set her sights on becoming the youngest CA. Her journey wasn’t a cakewalk. At only 16 years old, many companies were hesitant to take her on as an apprentice. However, Nandini’s perseverance and unwavering focus helped her overcome these barriers and accomplish her dream.
