Rukmani Riar, reportedly, once failed Class 6th. Rukmani finished her education at Gurdaspur and enrolled in class 4 at the venerable Heary School in Dalhousie. Speaking of her educational journey, IAS officer Rukmani Rair completed her graduation in Social Science from Guru Nanak Dev University in Amritsar. She earned her master’s degree in social sciences at Mumbai’s Tata Institute.
