KIIT University baged 5 medals on the 3rd day of All India Inter University Athletics (Men & Women) Championship 2024-25.
On Day 3 of the All India Inter University Athletics (Men & Women) Championship 2024-25, KIIT University achieved remarkable success, securing 3 Gold Medals, 1 Silver Medal, and 1 Bronze Medal. The medals were earned in events including the 4x100m Relay, 1500m Run (women), 20km Walk, and shot Put showcasing the exceptional talent of KIIT’s athletes:
- 4x100m Relay (Men): Gold medal won by the team consisting of Laluprasad Bhoi, Animesh Kujur, Abhaya Singh, Mahendra Santa, D.M. Jayaram, and Chiranjiv.
- 1500m Run (Women): Gold Medal was claimed by K.M. Chanda.
- 20km Walk (Women): Gold Medal was earned by Munita Prajapatee & Silver Medal earned by Sajel Anil Sing.
- Shot Put (Men): Bronze Medal was secured by Samadeep Singh.
These outstanding performances have significantly contributed to KIIT University’s success in the championship, underlining its strength in athletics.
