Khaitan & Co Enhances Employment Practice with Strategic Hires in Bengaluru and Delhi

Khaitan & Co, a leading full-service law firm has announced boosting its employment practice with the addition of two key Partners. Avik Biswas will join the firm as a Partner in the Bengaluru office whereas Vaibhav Bhardwaj will join the firm as a Partner in the Delhi office.

Avik is highly ranked by Legal 500, Chambers & Partners, Who’s Who Legal, IBLJ and Asia Law for his expertise in employment law, governance, internal investigations, and anti-bribery and anti-corruption issues. He is known for his collaboration with the legal, compliance, finance, and HR functions of multinational corporations. Currently, he serves as the Regional Representative (Asia) of the Anti-Corruption Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA).

Vaibhav brings over 15 years of experience in employment law, ethics, and investigations. He has advised clients on policy structuring, C-suite level exits, workforce restructuring, employee secondments, closure of undertaking and employment issues in mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in advising clients on complex matters involving internal disciplinary investigations and inquiries. He has been ranked by Legal 500, Chambers & Partners, and Asia Law in employment law.
