Khaitan & Co acted as Indian legal counsel to the Broker i.e., Investec Capital Services India Private Limited in relation to the secondary sale of equity shares held by True North Fund V LLP and Aether (Mauritius) Limited (Warburg Pincus Group) in Home First Finance Company India Limited for a total consideration of INR 330 crore.
