The state higher secondary examination recorded a pass percentage of 82.95% in 2023, marginally lower than the previous year. Among the 376,135 regular students who appeared, 312,005 became eligible for higher studies. Girls outperformed boys, with 89.31% and 76.13% being eligible respectively.
