Kerala HC allows conduct of vacation classes for students aged above 14

The Kerala High Court has stayed the state government's order prohibiting schools from conducting vacation classes during summer. The order allows schools to conduct classes for students aged above 14 during summer vacation with the consent of students and their guardians. The decision was welcomed by teachers, who feared that it would be difficult to complete curricula without the additional class time
