The event featured the awe-inspiring presence of Arunima Sinha, the first female amputee to scale Mount Everest, who shared her remarkable journey and insights with the female workforce of the organization. Additionally, in conjunction with the celebration, Jio-bp announced the launch of “Her Vibe, Her Tribe,” a women’s support group aimed at nurturing the growth and development of women employees.
