Alluri Seetharaman Raju was born in the year 1897 (year 1898 in some sources) in present-day Andhra Pradesh. He became a sanyasi at the age of 18 and acquired a mystical aura among the hill and tribal people because of his penance, knowledge of astrology and medicine, and his ability to tame wild animals. Growing discontent with the British led to the Rampa Rebellion/Manyam Rebellion of 1922, in which Alluri Sitarama Raju played a prominent role as one of the leaders.

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization has expressed its commitment to fight terrorism, separatism and extremism . The organization has stressed on measures to stop terror financing, prevent radicalization of youth and eliminate sleeper cells and terrorist safe havens and their cross-border movement. The New Delhi Declaration was adopted after a virtual meeting of the Organization’s Heads of State . Accordingly , the member states shall endeavor to develop common principles and approaches for the preparation of a unified list of terrorist, separatist and extremist organizations., The activities of these extremist organizations are banned in the member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation. Member countries opposed the militarization of information and communication technologies. In addition, concerns were expressed about the increased production, trafficking and abuse of narcotics and the dangers of using drug-trafficking proceeds as terrorist financing. The member countries agreed to declare the year 2024 as the SCO Environment Year . The next chairmanship of the organization was handed over to Kazakhstan . The next meeting of the heads of state of the organization will be held in Kazakhstan in 2024.

Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Shri Nitin Gadkari inaugurated 11 National Highway projects worth Rs 5600 crore at Pratapgarh in Rajasthan Inaugurated and laid the foundation stone. Four National Highway projects with a total length of 219 km and a cost of Rs 3,775 crore were inaugurated in Rajasthan. This 6-laning project from Kishangarh to Gulabpura section of National Highway 48 will give a fillip to the economic and social development of Ajmer and Bhilwara districts. The 6-laning of Gulabpura to Chittorgarh section will strengthen the connectivity of Udaipur, Jaipur and Kota areas of Bhilwara and Chittorgarh districts. The construction of 4-lane ROB on National Highway 162A at Fatehnagar will solve the problem of traffic jam at railway crossing. Under CRIF, the construction of high level bridge (or high level bridge) on Chambal river in Mandrayal was started. With the construction of this bridge, Mandrayal of Rajasthan, Connectivity will remain between Karauli and Sabalgarh in Madhya Pradesh. Foundation stone of 7 projects costing Rs 1850 crore and total length of 221 km was also laid. These projects will provide direct connectivity from the famous religious site Nathdwara to Udaipur airport.

It was established as per the constitution on 25th January, 1950 (celebrated as National Voters Day). The secretariat of this commission is in New Delhi.
