On Tuesday, IIT Guwahati signed an MoU with the Taipei Economic and Cultural Centre in India to boost cultural and educational exchange between India and Taiwan. This partnership aims to integrate Mandarin instruction into IITG's curriculum, enhance cultural understanding, and expand academic and research opportunities, particularly in the semiconductor sector. TECC will aid in recruiting Mandarin teachers and establishing a Taiwan Education Centre at IITG.
