The Indian Institute of Management Jammu (IIM) and Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) have collaborated to launch the Skill to Enterprise Module (STEM) program. Aimed at the youth of J&K and Ladakh, the one-year program combines residential and virtual training to impart knowledge in business management, compliance, finance, and strategic aspects. STEM focuses on nurturing entrepreneurship, creating job opportunities, and contributing to economic growth. Two batches will commence on December 4 and December 19 at IIM Srinagar and Jammu campuses.
