Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has collaborated with Tata STRIVE to launch a dedicated skill centre in Ponda, Goa. Aimed at providing job-oriented skills to local youth, the initiative is part of Paathya, which focuses on overcoming the employability gap. The state-of-the-art centre will be able to train up to 400 individuals across five courses, including healthcare, IT services and electrical and air conditioning.
