The candidates should have completed Graduate from a recognized University. Company Secretary (Essential) Candidate should be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Overall work experience of 20 years in a listed company, preferably in Insurance/ BFSI of which at least 5 years as designated Company Secretary. Experience in Govt/PSU’s is desirable.
