The Company Secretaries Executive Entrance Test, CSEET admit card 2023 will be released on its official website of the institute icsi.edu by the administering body of CSEET, Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

To download the CSEET admit cards, candidates have to login at the website with their credentials including CSEET registration numbers and dates of birth.

CSEET or CS Executive Entrance Test 2023 will be held on January 8, 2023 and November 12, 2023. Earlier scheduled to be held as a centre-based test, the executive entrance test will now be conducted as a remote-proctored online exam. Candidates will be able to appear for the ICSI CSEET test through their laptops or desktops from home.

Candidates who have applied for the examination can download their ICSI CSEET 2021 admit card from the official website icsi.edu. ICSI, in its notification, had said that the admit card to the eligible candidates will be issued 10 days prior to the test. They will be asked to display the admit card or ID after logging into the test.

Candidates will need to display their admit cards and valid ID proof such as PAN, Aadhar, Any other valid govt approved ID. Immediately after taking the print-out of the admit card, every candidate is advised to verify all the details mentioned in his/her Admit Card. In case of any discrepancy, the same may please be brought to the notice of the Institute immediately at CSEET@icsi.edu or at the support portal.

Registered candidates are requested to visit the official website, i.e., icsi.edu. On the homepage, click on the student tab and enter the asked credentials, i.e., their registration number or their unique ID and their birth date. Click on the submit option.

A new page with the ICSI CSEET admit card will appear on the screen. Candidates are requested to cross-check all the information and then download their admit card. Take a printout of the same for future reference. In case of any error in the admit card, candidates should report it to the institute immediately.

How to download ICSI CSEET Admit Card 2023​


ICSI CSEET admit card will be released by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India on its official website. Candidates who will be appearing the CSEET examination can check details and download the admit card from the official website of ICSE, icsi.edu. Candidates are recommended to take the basic steps outlined below to avoid any difficulties when attempting to access the admit card.   1. Visit the icsi.edu Website
    Candidates need to visit the website of Institute of Company Secretaries of India as mentioned, icsi.edu Website.

  2. Click on the admit card link
    Once you reach the official website, click on the link, “ICSI CSEET admit card” available on the home page.

  3. Enter login details
    Login with the credentials including CSEET registration numbers, or CSEET unique ID, and date of birth.

  4. Download Result
    Click on the designated admit card link and download the CSEET admit cards.

  5. Print admit card
    Take a print of the admit card for any future reference.

Candidates are advised to download their CSEET admit cards, once they are released. They must have these admit cards with them while appearing for the exam. This document will have all the important exam day instructions.

Candidates should keep admitting card and valid id proof handy for verification during the remote-proctored exam. Any other documents are not allowed to keep during the exam.

he activities of candidates will be continuously monitored through video/audio mode by the supervisor, in the same manner as if they appearing in the examination at examination centres.

Examinees must log in to the test portal 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam. No breaks will be allowed between the exam and students cannot leave the exam before 90 minutes.

This year, the Institute has removed the viva voce portion for the CSEET July session in view of the remote proctored mode. CSEET will be conducted for 200 marks. As many as 140 questions will be asked and the duration of the test is two hours.

As a one-time measure, students unable to arrange the basic requirement to attend the test including laptops or desktops with webcams and staying at COVID-19 containment zones will also be allowed to opt-out from CSEET May exam and carry forward their candidature to July session. Candidates willing to opt-out from May 2021 CSEET exam and carry forward their candidature to July will have to submit a declaration in a prescribed format.

Exam pattern, passing marks:​


The examination will be a computer-based test with MCQ pattern for a duration of 120 Minutes. The total number of questions will be 140 and the total marks will be 200. The exam will be based on Objective Type / Multiple Choice Questions and viva-voce for testing listening, written communication and oral communication skills.

Candidates will have to secure at least securing 40 per cent marks in each paper separately and 50 per cent marks in aggregate to pass the exam. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers.

Rules to Know before attempting online exam:​


Candidates are required to log in to the test portal 30 minutes before the time specified for the commencement of the test. No candidate shall be allowed to appear after the completion of 15 minutes of the commencement of the Test.

No candidate shall be permitted to finish the Test until the expiry of 90 minutes of the commencement. Candidates will not be allowed to leave the test until its submission. No break shall be permitted during the Test.

Candidates will be continuously monitored through video and audio mode by the supervisor during the test. In case of any technical issues during the Test process, candidates can reach out to help desk numbers to resolve their issues.

CSEET is an all-India computer-based entrance exam conducted by ICSI for students seeking admission in the Company Secretary Course including graduates/postgraduates. The passing of the CSEET is mandatory for all candidates to register for CS executive programme.

The examinees have to log in to the test portal 30 minutes before the commencement of the CSEET. ICSI will not allow breaks between the exam and students cannot leave the exam before 90 minutes.

The ICSI had revised the admission criteria for the CS executive programme. The aspirants who hold a graduate or postgraduate degree will no longer have to appear for the CS Executive Entrance Test (CSEET). They will be allowed direct admission to CS executive programme.
