Hyderabad Metropolitan Sessions Court: On 03-01-2025, the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, granted bail to Telegu actor Allu Arjun subject to certain conditions and a personal bond for Rs. 50,000 with two sureties of like sum each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Hyderabad.
The conditions imposed on him were:
He shall appear before the Station House Officer (‘SHO’), Police Station Chikkadpally on every Sunday between 10:00 am and 01:00 pm for two months or till filing of charge sheet, whichever was earlier.
He shall neither hamper the investigation in any manner nor directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any witness so as to dissuade them from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer.
He shall cooperate with the investigation and not make any attempt to interfere with the ongoing investigating or with the witnesses, in any manner,
At the time of execution of his personal bonds, he shall furnish the address to the Court concerned and shall not change his residential address, without prior intimation to this Court, till disposal of the case.
He shall not leave the country without prior permission of the Court
