Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education has released the HP Class 12 Date Sheet 2025 or HPBOSE 10th Date Sheet 2025 for HPBOSE 12th Board Exams.
Students who are appearing for the Himachal Pradesh Board Senior Secondary Plus Two exams can check the notification released on the official site, hpbose.org.
As per the notification, the HPBOSE 12th Board Exams 2025 will now begin in November and December. The board exam for class 12 will be held through offline mode.
The HPBOSE Class 12 board exams 2025 will be conducted in the evening shift from 1:45 pm to 5:00 pm.

Practical Examinations for Class 12 will be conducted after the theory exams at students’ respective schools in February 2025.
Practical Examinations for Class 10 will be conducted after the theory exams at students’ respective schools in March. National Skill Qualifications Framework, NSQF practical will be conducted internally for Class 10 and 12.
Class 12 exams with English paper. Class 12 board papers will be held separately for the Science, Commerce and Arts streams.
Wearing a facemask will be mandatory. The candidates will have to appear at their school half an hour before the examination, and they will be given admission in the examination hall only after washing their hands with sanitizer or soap/water and arranging to sit in the examination hall even after adopting appropriate social distancing.

The Question Papers in the subjects of 1. English, 2. Mathematics, 3. Hindi, 4. Economics, 5. Political Science, 6. History, 7. Physics, 8. Chemistry, 9. Biology, 10. Accountancy, 11.Business Studies, 12. Sanskrit will be supplied in three series viz A, B, C.
The candidates appearing in these subjects are directed to write the Question Paper Series given in the question paper on the title page of the answer book in a prescribed circle in Block Letters with an ink ballpoint pen.
The HPBoSE has directed students not to carry calculators, watches with facilities of calculators, pagers, cell phones, and any electronic gadgets to the exams hall.
The candidate must write the same Question Number while attempting the question in the answer book as given in the Question Paper.
Question Papers and Answer Books will be distributed 15 minutes before the commencement of the examination to facilitate the candidates going through the question paper, counting the pages of OMR-Based Answer Books, and, if found to be correct, writing the particulars thereon. The examination will be started at 2.00 PM for Regular and SOS.
Like the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) which has divided the entire syllabus into two parts, the HP board will conduct two terms and each will consist of 50 per cent of the total syllabus.
The HP board will form the final result based on both term 1 and 2 results. The term 1 exam will have no merit list. It will only be at end of the final term that the result and merit list will be released. The board has also reduced the syllabus for class 12 by 30%.
l. Regular (school) candidates: The Practical examination (including project work in the subject of Accountancy) of all regular school candidates will be conducted before theory examination at their respective schools/ affiliated Institutions.
All candidates are advised to contact the principal of their institution to find out the subject-wise date and time for their practical.
II. Practical examination of NSQF subjects: The practical examination of vocational (NSQF)subjects of regular candidates will be conducted internally by the concerned schools as per the programme to be fixed by the SPD(ISSE).

III. State Open School: The practical examination of eligible candidates will be conducted before the theory examination in their respective Study Centre.
