HCL Technologies, an IT services and digital transformation solutions provider will issue HCL TechBee Programme 2024 notification on its official website.

HCL TechBee programme is an early career programme and it is organised by Hindustan Computers Limited Technologies every year for Class 12 students passing with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.

This programme is also campaigned by the central government and various state governments.

This programme aids students to pursue higher education in universities and higher educational institutions (HEIs) in India along with attaining financial assistance at an early age. This programme was conceptualised in 2017 by HCL Technologies.

TechBee career programme is currently conducting walk-in training interviews across in main cities across India to hire students who have completed Class 12.

These students who have scored a minimum of 60% with Mathematics or Business Mathematics in their curriculum would be eligible to be part of this programme.

Under TechBee, HCL Technology aim to hire the best talent, train them and enable them to achieve financial independence at the start of their career.

So far, over 8,000 students have been selected for the TechBee programme across the country and are in various stages of their career journey with HCL.

Paid internship: After the completion of a 12-month intensive tech training, students will start receiving an annual salary between ₹1.7 lakh to ₹2.2 lakh.

During the internship, students will be paid a stipend of ₹10,000 and will also get the opportunity to do an internship on HCL projects.

While working at HCL, students may also be able to enroll themselves in an undergraduate degree programme offered by reputed partner institutions like BITS Pilani, SASTRA University and Amity University.

TechBee, HCL’s new people strategy, was piloted in 2017 with a view to identify talent among pre-degree students across the country and create financial independence for them and their families. According to HCL, Class 12 students can visit for details.

In HCL TechBee early career programme, students are trained for a year in two parts – Technology and Learning process.

The HCL TechBee early career programme offers focused learning and there is a need for general learning also. So for this, HCL tied up educational institutions like BITS Pilani, SASTRA University and Amity University to create a higher learning path for the students.

Candidates who fulfil the programme eligibility criteria can only apply for the HCL TechBee programme. Admission to the programme is given on the basis of how students perform in the online test and the learnability assessment.

The online test is known as HCL Common Aptitude Test (HCL CAT). The HCL CAT exam can either be taken at home or by visiting the examination centre.

In HCL CAT examination students are evaluated on the basis of online test and interview. The online exam includes subjects based on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Language, Writing Ability.
