Eligible and interested students can check details and submit Haryana D.El.Ed Online application on its D.Ed Haryana web portal, .
Online Application Form for admission to Diploma in Education D.El.Ed. & D.El.Ed. (Urdu) Course for the residents of Haryana & outside Haryana will be available online.
Registration & online counseling fees is Rs 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) for General and Rs. 275/-(Rupees Two Hundred Seventy Five Only) for SC, BC, EWS and differently abled category candidates, which can be paid through debit/credit card & Net Banking (only for Axis bank a/c holders).
Candidates are advised to apply online. Application form is available on website or link through council website students must fill at least 05 institutions of their own choice.

Candidates, who have already deposited application fee and did not allotted any seat need not to apply afresh.
If candidates of Reserve categories are not available in their categories these seats will be converted into General category seats after 4th round.

Haryana D.El.Ed Admission Online Application details
Eligibility for Haryana D.El.Ed admissions: The admission will be open to bonafide residents of Haryana and outside Haryana.(In compliance of CWP No. 23829 of 2014 of Hon’ble Punjab & Haryana High Court Chandigarh). The minimum Education Qualification for Admission to these courses is as follows
1) Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.): Candidates with at least 50% marks in Senior Secondary (10+2) from Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani or its equivalent examination with five subjects including passed English as one of the subject. ii.
There shall be a relaxation of 5% marks in minimum qualifying marks i.e 47.5% at Senior Secondary (10+2) level for Scheduled Castes (SC), Backward Classes (BC) and Differently abled candidates. iii. Matric with Hindi/ Sanskrit.
2) Diploma in Elementary Education (Urdu) D.El.Ed. (U): In addition to the qualifications prescribed as at (i) above for Diploma in Education (D.El.Ed), the candidate should have passed Urdu in Secondary (10th class) Examination from Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani or any other Board having equivalence of their examinations with Board of School Education Haryana, Bhiwani.
A candidate having higher qualifications will not be entitled to any additional benefit whatsoever; he/she will have to fulfill all the requisite prescribed qualification and other eligibility conditions.
The eligibility of a candidate for admission to D.El.Ed. course shall be verified at the time of admission/counselling. The medium of Instruction & Examination for D.El.Ed. course will be Hindi except Urdu & English subjects.

Admission Procedure: The Merit List will be prepared purely on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in 10+2 examination stream-wise (Arts, Science,Commerce & Vocational) and distribution of seats in each institute will be as under:

15% seats are reserved for outside Haryana candidates. If the seats of outside Haryana remain vacant then these seats will convert in open category.
If the seats in Science stream remain vacant, these will be converted into Commerce Stream and vice versa. If in all three- stream (Science, Commerce and Vocational Education) seats remain Vacant, these will be converted into Arts stream seats.

Haryana D.El.Ed Course Fee Details – Self Financed Institutions Fees: Fee for Self Financed Institutions in the state of Haryana is Rs.25, 800/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Only) annually as per notification excluding actual examination fees as prescribed by the examination body. The 2nd year fees is same as per notification will be paid in the institution after completion of 1st year examination.
Instructions: Candidates should apply only through online application process available on website or link through council websitewww.scertharyana.gov.in and fill their category properly to avail the benefit of reserve category. Candidate should retain a copy of his/her Online Application Form.
Candidates should not forget to mention their stream (Arts/Science/Commerce/ Vocational) in the online application form.
If fails, they will not be considered in merit list. Candidates should apply separately for D.El.Ed. and D.El.Ed (Urdu). Candidates should apply separately for village seats and other than village seats.
Candidates must upload his/her photograph, Aadhar Card Number and signature on the online application form. Incomplete online application form will not be captured by the system.
