ORDER:
In the G.O. 1st read above, Government have issued orders declaring 26.12.2015 (Saturday) as Optional Holiday on the occasion of ‘Boxing Day’.

2) Further, the Government has decided to declare 26.12.2015 (Saturday) as General Holiday instead of Optional Holiday on the occasion of ‘Boxing Day’. Accordingly, the following notification is issued and shall be published in the extra-ordinary Gazette of Telangana State:

NOTIFICATION
In partial modification of the orders issued in G.O.Rt.No.995, General Administration (Poll.A) Department, dated 05.11.2014, notifying the General Holidays and Optional Holidays, the Government hereby declare 26.12.2015 (Saturday) as General Holiday on of ‘Boxing Day’, instead of Optional Holiday, declared earlier.
