Nandhini Natrajan, inspired by her childhood experiences with Bharatnatyam and Carnatic music, combines Neuroscience and Psychology in her PhD research on music therapy in Finland. Her journey spans from Biotechnology at VIT Chennai to molecular neuroscience in Austria, and a Master's in Neuroscience at Columbia University. Now at the University of Jyvaskyla, she investigates music's neurophysiological effects, aiming to validate music therapy's clinical applications while emphasizing Finland's conducive research environment and work-life balance.
